Job Requirements
- Proficiency in English with excellent oral communication, values and ethics, effective interpersonal skills, team player, and accurate organized
- Bachelor's degree or higher equivalent education
- 5 Years or more
- Pass a criminal record check, credit check, also eligible for professional liability insurance
- Eligible to work in Canada
Responsibilities
- Ability to supervise groups 5-10 people
- Work in a fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, attention to detail, handle large workload
- Strong leadership skills to train, direct and motivate staff
- Skilled in accounting, analytical and management control
- Advance knowledge of external audit procedures and risk management rules
- Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures, and internal control
- Writing recommendations and improvements on controls and systems
- Technical training less experience staff
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Overview
Establish and implement policies and procedures. Assign co-ordinate and review audit projects and programs. Monitor financial control systems, manage contracts, oversee the collection and analysis of financial data. Oversee the preparations of reports, plan, organize, direct control, and evaluate daily operations. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
