Job Requirements
- Proficiency in English with excellent oral communication, values and ethics, effective interpersonal skills, team player, and accurate organized
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience
- 5 years’ experience or more
- Pass a criminal record check, credit check, also eligible for professional liability insurance
- Eligible to work in Canada
Responsibilities
- Ability to supervise groups 11-15 people
- Work in a fast-paced environment, tight deadlines, attention to detail, handle large workload
- Precise when examining accounting records
- Strong leadership skills to train, direct and motivate staff
- Skilled in accounting, internal auditing, and management
- Working with application CaseWare
- Ensure accuracy and compliance to accounting standards, procedures, and internal control
Overview
Establish and implement policies and procedures. Assign co-ordinate and review projects and programs. Monitor financial control systems, manage contracts, oversee the collection and analysis of financial data. Oversee the preparations of reports, plan, organize, direct control, and evaluate daily operations. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
